As a carded athlete you may be entitled to some or all of the following:

Athlete Performance Support Services

High Performance Sport NZ offers a range of support to athletes and coaches.  Our performance consultants work with National Sport Organisations to help develop high performance plans, which identify key priorities and goals.

Prime Minister’s Athlete Scholarships

The Prime Minister’s Scholarship Programme helps emerging athletes to pursue tertiary study and elite level sport development at the same time.

Prime Minister’s Athlete Gold Scholarships

Gold level scholarships are awarded to athletes to study after they have retired or been de-carded from high performance sport. 

Performance Enhancement Grants

Performance Enhancement Grants give athletes financial support to dedicate time to training and competing.
